East Cleveland Commander Larry McDonald Caught on Body Cam Attempting to Steal Drugs Seized as Evidence
My latest report covers this incident and several other problems with the ECPD related to this leaked footage.
In October of 2019, Larry McDonald was suspended for 10 days after allegations emerged that he had released a woman from jail in exchange for a date.
The investigating detective on this case is Joeseph Marche, who has his own problematic background. In 2017 Marche was arrested by the Bratenahl Police for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and on the job.
